Bishop Paride Taban (Torit, South Sudan) was a tireless witness to peace and reconciliation. He was a regular visitor at the Mill Hil Guesthouse in Naiorobi and a close friend of Fr Matthew Haumann MHM.
Four years ago he was awarded the Four Freedoms Award of the Rooseveld Foundation.
