Caring for Mother Earth in Kenya’s maasai region

Mill Hill missionaries in the parish of Oloolaimutia, Kenya, close to the Maasai Mara game reserve, write:

With the onset of rains this month, today we continued with our commitment of “go green company” by planting more trees in Nkinej primary school.  This activity was undertaken by pupils, teachers and some representatives of the parents. It was also one way of celebrating mashujaa day by trying to revive our “mother earth-the shujaa.”
