Born on June 29, 1935, in Long Island, New York, Fr. Bill dedicated his life to the service of God and others. After completing his studies in philosophy and theology, he was ordained to the priesthood on July 12, 1959.
Throughout his ministry, Fr. Bill served in diverse roles across the globe, including teaching in seminaries, parish work, and leadership positions in Cameroon, the UK, and the USA. He played a pivotal role in the Charismatic Renewal in Buea and Bamenda, Cameroon, and contributed significantly to the Mill Hill Missionaries’ global mission.
In later years, Fr. Bill continued his pastoral work, mission appeals, and editing roles before retiring to Herbert House, Freshfield. He passed away peacefully on January 5, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of faith, service, and compassion.
