The Pope’s prayer intention reminds the Church of the importance of caring for water as a precious gift of creation and ensuring that it is shared fairly and responsibly. Catholics and people of goodwill are encouraged to join the Holy Father in prayer this September, asking that everyone may have equal and dignified access to clean and safe water.
