Fr. Mathews Olili MHM writes:
Here in Malaysia we are all fine, except that the cases continue rising everyday. Last year we in Sarawak, where all our Members are, were spared the direct effects of it. Though movement was restricted and all Church activities suspended, our areas nevertheless largely remained with negative cases.
However, this year 2021 has been different. The cases started in January with a funeral vigil in one longhouse and spread like wild fire. Now, in our areas of Mission the daily cases are so many that the hospitals are overwhelmed, stricter movement control order are in place and Churches are still closed.
