Witu, Kenya: Planting Trees for a Better Environment

Conservation of the environment is achieved by planting more trees and taking good care of the trees without cutting them to help eradicate environmental problems caused by bare land. This helps in the formation of rains, conservation of soil erosion just to mention a few.

Today in the company of Witu Group Fighting Inequality in Families concerning Land, we supported the Witu parish priest in Lamu County, Fr. Alex Kimbi MHM in his initiative of planting trees in the area for a better environment. More trees for a healthier environment.
